Whoever has just a little knowledge of the Bock Cellar will know that PortaGéza is not a figure out of history, nor a great Hungarian actor, but a popular item from the Bock Cellar’s assortment.
One of Villány’s main grapes, since 2012 József Bock’s Portugieser has been bottled under the name of PortaGéza, and this brand name has taken such a place in the hearts of the Cellar and its visitors that from 2014 a tradition-forming ball is planned in celebration of it.
During the evening the Óbor Restaurant receives all those in the mood for a party with its customary outstanding line of food and nonstop live music entertainment provided by Károly Nyári and his daughters and Zoltán Szakács.
We await ladies dressed in red, as befits our PortaGézá, while the Gentlemen should arrive in a hat of their choice, yet worthy of the occasion!
Those ladies and gentlemen appropriately dressed will be rewarded with unlimited quantities of Fanni Sparkling Rosé Wine and PortaGéza throughout the evening.
